He is an entrepreneur who entered his family business 20 years back and took it from being a local player to pan India presence with his visionary leadership and focus on customer service. He has been at the helm of the group organization since last twenty years and has led diversification of the organization into new sectors like infrastructure and IT in addition to being in FMCG sector. He is a man with great sense of social responsibility and is personally involved in many of the charitable initiatives of the Crane group.

An Engineer by profession and a marketer by passion, Mohan is an instrumentation Engineer from RV College Bangalore and then an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Devry University, Atlanta, Georgia. He also has an MS in E-Business from Transworld University Santa Clara.

He started his career in the technical stream but passed over into the marketing field after some years to follow his passion. He has worked in the healthcare industry for over 16 years with well known companies like Dornier Medizintechnik GmbH (a division of Daimler Benz Group and Singapore Technologies) in various capacities and was instrumental in introducing some of the latest innovations in medical technology in the Indian market. He has worked extensively to introduce path breaking innovations in cost conscious markets in India and abroad in the healthcare technology segment both in the product and services space.

He has worked in the US market in the IT services marketing space for a number of years before heading home to take part in the healthcare IT initiatives in the Indian Market. At CGSL, he is responsible for the strategy and implementation of all sales and marketing initiatives as well as all branding related functions.

Being an engineer by profession and Supply-chain Consultant by passion. Avinash is a Mechanical Engineer from Roorkee and Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management from IIMM, Bangalore.

He started his career in the manufacturing industry but moved into the IT field after some years to follow his passion. He has worked in the manufacturing industry for 4 years and IT industry for over 12 years with well known companies like PWC, Wipro and Satyam in various capacities. He was instrumental in introducing some of the latest innovations in IT services delivery model for the US, UK & Indian market. He has worked extensively to introduce innovative Global service delivery model & managed complex customer delivery related to ERP implementations, IT outsourcing, IT Systems Integration and Supply chain consulting.

After working in the US & UK market in Supply chain consulting and IT services delivery space for a number of years, he decided heading home to take part in the IT centric business transformation initiatives originating in the Indian Market. At CGSL, he is responsible for Customer Delivery Operations, Information Systems and Corporate Quality.

An Engineer by profession and optimizing organizational operations by passion, VMS Rao is an Electronics & Instrumentation Engineer. Improving the productivity cycle of an organization is his obsession.

He has worked in the IT industry for over 12 years in various capacities and steered the operations of the organization in a manner wherein the same became the "table stakes" for IT-business groups' relationships. He implemented Best practices in operations to exhibit a common set of attributes, driven by a focus on services, costs, change management, customer relationships, and staff development. His innovative global resource ramp-up model has helped organizations meet their customer service delivery.

He has worked in the Indian market in the IT operations space for a number of years and has helped organizations streamline their operations. At CGSL, he is responsible for the Mergers & Acquisitions and operations of the company. He is also responsible for evolving optimized models in global resource ramp-up.
